About the Fund

Each of us has a soul of volunteer, experience of serving the public and we join our forces in order to make the world better.

On this basis, the team of our fund has been appeared.

The Fund was registered in September 2014.

Mission.
Creation of investment-attractive social organization, acting to improve the quality of Kazakhstan people life through the use of socio-cultural, academic technologies, international cooperation and public-private partnerships.

Vision.
There was created stable research and practice, cultural and educational base with a strong team, high-quality material and technical resources and extensive partnerships.

Values.
- Free self-determination: productivity, based on the own mind, deep intelligence and social responsibility, embodied through the hard work to get the result, coming to the benefit of society in all spheres of life.

Purpose and scope of Fund activity
1. The main purpose of the Fund is to develop property on the basis of voluntary contributions, other incomes, not prohibited by the law, and to use it in order to achieve the socio-cultural, academic, charitable society requests, protection of rights and legal interests of the citizens and organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, health care of the citizens, environment protection, legal support, and in order to ensure public goods and benefits of Kazakhstan citizens.
2. The scope of Fund activity is:

- Transfer of positive international practice of the methods and technologies in the socio-cultural and educational fields of Kazakhstan, in the sphere of social decisions, contemporary, innovative and educational technologies, programs, and its adaptation to Kazakhstan condition;
- Increase of intellectual potential of the teaching staff;
- Introduction of nano-bio-info-cogno technologies;
- Development of the information background of education;
- Extension of international cooperation and partnership relations between noncommercial and charitable organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other countries, establishment of mutual information sharing system, search of partners, representations of their interests, if necessary, including due to reception of donations from abroad;
- Involvement of international organizations into development of socio-cultural and educational space of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- Advertising and publishing activities of the research, academic, popular literature and materials in the sphere of Fund operations;
- Improvement of material and technical base of educational institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- Development of Kazakhstan institution of the family and national traditions;
- Realization and development of social monitoring and evaluation in the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- Building an inclusive society in the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- Improvement of the regulatory and legal framework of Kazakhstan and development of legislation initiative of the Parliament of RK;
- Support for gifted children and youth in the Republic of Kazakhstan in quality education and further development;
- Carrying out of conferences, meetings, competitions, festivals, fairs and other activities, not prohibited by the law, relevant to the implemented and current programs, including training and dialogue platforms, conduction of scientific, sociological, politological, economical, legal and human studies;
- Organization of the exchange of students, researchers, experts and trainings;
- Participation in the formation of the culture of charity in the Republic of Kazakhstan on the basis of combination of economic and moral interests, development of appropriate amendments and proposals for changes in legislation;
- Educational consulting and professional identity
- Improvement of the quality of professionals, ICT teachers and their certification;
- Development of social partnership and citizens’ initiative programs;
- Administration of grant and socially important programs on the request of international sponsors and state authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- Participation in management of events, organized by other organizations, state authorities, public foreign funds on the questions, related to the Fund activities, including participation through their representatives in conferences at various levels, as well as international, in meetings, symposia on the questions, related to the Fund activities
-Development and implementation of programs, projects and types of services that benefit, develop, strengthen and improve the work of the Fund and society in general, according to the statutory goals of the organization;
- Participation in foreign economic activities, establishment of contractual relations with foreign entities and persons, implementation of export-import operations, necessary for the Fund activities;
- Organization of advisory and academic services, relevant to the objectives and types of Fund activities;
- Other actions, not inconsistent with the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
